Every time a person rescued a call, Alice writes down what it should have said. You decide what it learns.
How the loop works
When tone turns and a person takes over, the recording of that handoff is transcribed and compared against what Alice said. The difference becomes a lesson. Approved lessons are folded into the next published version of the assistant — nothing reaches a live call until you say so.

I can add you to the waitlist for eight and text you if a table opens.

I'm holding table nine at eight for six, and dessert is on us for your mother.
Caller asked whether the tasting menu can be split
Alice said
The tasting menu is served to the full table.
A person said
We can serve the tasting menu to part of the table as long as it's four or fewer.
